If you haven't already, and you have dealt with this company, check to make sure your car is under 1 ton. If it is, and they charged $320, report them to 311. It's blatantly against the law, and I have already started my investigation process, as should you.

Apartment complex never informed tenants that renewing the gate sticker is yearly, had my car towed Friday, missed my dialysis appointment Saturday morning,cost me close to $300 to get car back, on top of all this my rear tire was blown out when I know I had no issues with it, it cost me another $400 to have service call for another tire with labor costs and I missed a work shift. My cousin went to apartment office and the amount I'm paying will not be taken off of my rent.

If I could give them negative stars. Son’s vehicle was towed from a friend’s apartment complex. His truck is a large truck and hard to park in these small spots. At 3am he parked in the only spot available and helped his friend get to their apartment . His tires were on the lines but not bad. 30 mins later went to leave and his truck was gone. Today I drove the apartment complex to look at the spot for myself and There’s the same tow truck lurking around. Btw the truck directly next to his is the one that was there last night and well over the line but they are residents. Probably why they didn’t tow his. They look for the smallest thing to tow your truck. The apartment complex should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this. I get being in the wrong but when you look at the reviews it looks like they are pretty bad.

Predatory towing company. Patrols apartments looking for cars. We just moved into the apartments and they towed my daughter’s car the first day she came to visit. It wasn’t reported. It wasn’t in an illegal spot and the lot wasn’t full.
I’m handicapped and their building is not ADA accessible, so I had to hobble on my cane across rock and up some stairs to get to a window.

0! My car was in my apts visitor system but they still towed it. Even when it wasn’t full and nobody called they just called for exploitation and not for proper guidelines. We were very respectful and reasonable with the front desk staff but he didn’t care and then when we mentioned we were military he said “I’ll change you more for that to be honest” The guy was extremely rude and didn’t even offer kind service when we came to pick it up. Absolutely disgusting customer service.

Illegally towed my car! They do predatory towing. I was picking up a friend from their apartment so I parked and went to his apartment as we were planning on leaving in 45 minutes from there from there. By the time we came down, our car was towed. They’re gonna do whatever it takes to loot money.

Purchased a new car and parked it at my apartment and mistakenly forgot to register the new car . Got towed the 2nd night home . My mistake . Called tow company at 7:20am and was told i couldn’t pick up my car till 8:30 am because they do “appointments only”. Showed up at 8:30 and no one was there , nobody was answering my calls. Finally got ahold of someone who said they couldn’t be there until 20 minutes because they had a “police meeting” and they had to drop everything to go . A phone call informing me of this would’ve been nice . Ruined my whole morning and made an unfortunate situation worse

If you live at lakeside apartments, this is the lovely contracted company that will tow your car in the middle of the night if you forget to register a guest parking and then you get to give them $320 for their hard work. (Take cash to avoid credit fees) They pulled my daughter's car, but managed to miss 20+ cars that sit around the parking lot with no valid registration or/and with flat tires. This is a pure 'take advantage of people's misfortune' company. The staff are extremely rude and completely unapologetic. Google maps will try to make you drive thru Pampered Auto Care, but you have to turn on Northridge road to get to Terrace Dr. There is a parking lot on the left side of the road, but the office is a tiny shack on the right side further down. They let me take my daughter's car with no proof of insurance or ownership, so beware. 0 stars if it was available.

The address on the website is different from where the cars are, so they make it harder to find your car. Can't pay over the phone, so I had to go with my ID to get my daughter's car. They make up prices. The amounts on the sign outside do not correspond with what is charged. The man with an accent that answered the phone we very rude. Very shady place!!

0 stars would be my choice if that was an option. this company clearly is just trying to do whatever that can to keep in business. Towing a car because 1 letter was wrong but everything else was right??? $240 for 1 letter basically. I would say this is scam at its finest. The people here are ridiculously rude. You can be talking nicely and they scream in your face. Not to mention the white lady at the desk would either be yelling at you or completely ignoring you. Pretty sure she was on something too considering how shaky her hands were. Either someone else needs to take over this company or it just needs to go out of business because it’s terrible.

Has a reputation of towing cars just to steal the catalytic converter. Car was perfectly fine until it got towed randomly after we registered the car. then had to pay $300 just to get the car back and to steal the converter on top of that. Will be hearing from my Lawyer.

This is big time scam going on with towing and apartment complex guys collaboration . They would put a small notice at front gate of apartment society and any guest missed to register they just tow away your vechile with no trace . Just a big hassle to any guest and they charge hefty $ . My car was picked over weekend and I had to pay 330$ just to get my car back with these folks . Just does not make sense . They says these rates are as par county fee and add 3% surcharge for credit card payment . Just apartment folks and towing company are in agreement to create problem to your guest and make money since you missed to read their small board at main gate ! Be careful !!

The lovely woman who works behind the counter is clearly on drugs. Not to mention she decided to run her keys or a screwdriver through the hood of my car. Also, they decided to tow my car while the emergency brake was engaged WITHOUT the use of a proper bed. I wish there was a lower star rating than one as these people are true scum of the earth.
